Lilian purchased her first property in Belo Horizonte, Brazil (her birthplace). Since then she has bought, sold, advised and invested in properties in Rio, Miami, and Los Angeles.

ency removal. A few days before a deadline, Donna will call or e-mail a reminder to the real estate agents to ensure compliance with the timelines outlined in the real estate purchase agreement. She will order a natural hazard disclosure statement on behalf of the seller or schedule a home inspection for a buyer. Donna provides a consistent, quality-controlled system to ensure the smooth and efficient management of all relevant steps necessary to close a real estate sale.

As a real estate marketing director Stephanie handles collateral sales, overseeing our budget, administering our company's client database, and all marketing efforts. Graduated with a Bachelors in Communication from Florida International University and with over 4 years of marketing experience. Stephanie oversees all communications and marketing efforts with investors, external vendors and media personnel.

Sales Director
Andres monitor and guide sales team towards the Company's goals and objectives. Coordinates between the sales agents, and be aware of their daily schedule/agenda. Follows up with the developers representatives regarding any updates or modifications concerning the projects. Looks for cooperation opportunities with other real estate companies. Follows up with the sales agents for achieving the target. Andres supervises the farming process and assuring that it is covering all the markets needs. Supervises the marketing process as well, for all the properties under the company's management. As a charismatic and team player Andres has earn a place on our partners heart, with his incredible integrity and loyalty.
