Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Newport Beach, CA

I moved to LA from Houston, TX in 2008. I met Monica at an event a couple of years before, while I was visiting my boyfriend. When I decided to move to Los Angeles, I gave Monica a call to see if she could help me find a house for my now fiancé and my 10 year old daughter. She was glad to help. At first, I was coming to LA a week or so at a time to look for the perfect house for our family. We only had one car at the time and my fiancé had to use it to get back and forth to work. I was going to rent a car so I asked Monica the best place to rent one and she graciously offered to pick me up from Calabasas, (where we were staying) and take me to see all the houses she had to show me while I was in town. That to me spoke volumes about the kind of person I was dealing with. She not only helped me find the perfect house in a timely, professional, and efficient manner but I think she went above and beyond the call of duty. To this day we keep in touch and I would recommend her to all my friends and family or anyone with real estate needs. She is the best! She will be my real estate agent for life!

Lilian and Monica are the best! They helped me find a wonderful apartment in L.A. It was a fast and easy search 'cause they totally get me, and she showed me just what i wanted to see. I'm Italian and I have to admit that they helped me a lot. They explained to me every aspect of the process and thanks to them I signed my contract in less than 10 days. In conclusion I highly recommend Lilian and Monica. You can really trust them, and plus they are really kind. My husband and I couldn't be happier.
