As the end of our first quarter of 2014 draws near, I have to say, the results we have produced has never been better. In January, we acquired the listing for 637 N Lucerne Blvd., a lovely 4 bed, 2 bath California bungalow, located in Hancock Park near Larchmont Village shopping and dining area. We listed it at $815,000 and closed at the end of February at $1,100,000. Our client was beyond pleased, to say the least, as you can imagine. Recently, we listed 1816 Hollyvista Ave., a contemporary home in the Franklin Hills, for $950,000 and closed at $1,050,000; again, another win!
